The Culprit is the main antagonist of Part Time UFO who pilots Comoestas and attacks Earth's Moon as the leader of the evil aliens. Upon defeat of Comoestas, the Culprit attempts to flee in The Moon 3. During The Moon 3, you can let the Culprit get away to earn the achievement "I'll be back!".
